Rules & Regulations

Boating Regulations:

1. Life Preservers: Enough for each person in the boat.
2. Spead Limits:
1. No-wake speed from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m..
2. No-wake spead at all times when less than 100 feet from shore or 200 feet from fishermen.
3. Waterskiing:
1. Skiers must wear life preservers.
2. Skiing is prohibited from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m..
3. Ski in counter-clockwise direction.
4. Two persons in boat - driver attends the boat, rider watches the skier.
5. Ages 12-15 must be accompanied by age 21 or older.
4. High Speed: Stay 100 feet from all craft, swimmers, and shore and 200 feet from fishermen.
5. Buoys:
1. No boats in swim area.
2. No-wake speed in areas that are not 100 feet from shore.
3. Stay clear of SCBA markers indicating underwater swimmer.
